Plain English summary. Workshop Sort Master is a free game. Play it, enjoy it, and please do not copy it, cheat in it, or try to break it. Coins and boosters inside the game are not real money and have no cash value. The game is provided as-is, and because it is free we cannot be held liable if something goes wrong. This summary is for convenience — the full terms below are what apply.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Moriny ("we", "us") regarding the Workshop Sort Master mobile game ("the Game"). By downloading, installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Game.
Your use of the Game is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
2. Licence to use the game
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.
This licence does not transfer ownership of anything. We retain all rights not expressly granted to you here.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted;
- Distribute, sell, rent, sub-licence or publish the Game or any part of it, including its artwork, audio, level data or source code;
- Use cheats, automation software, modified clients, memory editors or other tools to alter gameplay, progress or rewards;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Game or any related service;
- Generate artificial advertising impressions or clicks, including by automated means;
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
4. Virtual coins and items
The Game contains virtual coins, boosters and workshop upgrades ("Virtual Items"). You do not own Virtual Items; you receive a limited licence to use them within the Game.
- Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or anything of value outside the Game, and may not be traded or sold.
- Virtual Items are earned through play or through optional rewarded advertising.
- We may adjust, rebalance, add or remove Virtual Items and their prices, rewards or availability at any time as part of normal game balancing.
- Virtual Items are not refundable. If you delete the Game's data or uninstall the Game, your Virtual Items are lost permanently and cannot be restored.
The Game currently contains no in-app purchases and does not accept payments. If paid features are added in future, additional purchase terms will be presented before any payment is taken, and your statutory refund rights will apply.
5. Advertising
The Game may display advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Advertisements come from third parties and their content is not created, endorsed or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the products, services or claims made in any advertisement. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Game and everything in it — including its name, artwork, illustrations, characters, audio, level designs, user interface, and underlying software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
"Google Play" and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Availability and updates
The Game is provided free of charge and we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may release updates that change, add or remove features, and we may discontinue the Game entirely at any time. Some updates may be required for the Game to keep working. We are not liable for any loss of progress arising from an update, a device change, a device failure or an uninstall.
Your progress is stored only on your device. We strongly recommend you understand that we hold no backup of your progress and cannot restore it.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Game will meet your requirements, that it will be free of bugs or interruptions, or that any defect will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, loss of progress, loss of profits, or device damage, arising out of or connected with your use of or inability to use the Game.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid us for the Game (which, for a free game, is zero) or [AMOUNT, e.g. USD 10].
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, the licence in section 2 ends and you must stop using and remove the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive — including sections 6, 8, 9 and 12 — continue to apply.
11. Minors
The Game is suitable for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Game.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY / STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR CITY, COUNTRY], except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be announced in the Game or on its Google Play listing. Continuing to use the Game after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, please uninstall the Game.
