There is no account to delete. Workshop Sort Master has no sign-up, no login and no user profile. We store nothing about you on any server, so there is no account for us to close. Everything the game saves lives on your own device, and you can erase all of it yourself in under a minute using the steps below.
What data exists, and where
The game saves only what it needs to remember your progress, and it saves it in its own private storage area on your phone:
- Levels completed, stars earned and best move counts
- Your coin balance and its transaction history
- Boosters you own (hints, undos, extra tubes)
- Workshop upgrade progress
- Daily mission progress
- Your settings (music, sound, vibration, reduced motion, high contrast)
None of it identifies you personally, and none of it is sent to us.
How to delete it
Option 1 — Clear the game's data (keeps the app installed)
This wipes all progress and returns the game to a fresh install, without removing the app:
- Open Settings on your Android device.
- Tap Apps (or Apps & notifications → See all apps).
- Find and tap Workshop Sort Master.
- Tap Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear storage (on some devices, Clear data), then confirm.
Option 2 — Uninstall the game (removes everything)
Uninstalling deletes the app together with all of its saved data:
- Press and hold the Workshop Sort Master icon on your home screen or app drawer.
- Tap Uninstall, then confirm.
- Or, from the Play Store: open the app's page and tap Uninstall.
Both options are permanent and immediate. Deleted progress cannot be recovered by you or by us — there is no cloud backup and no copy on our side. If you have Android's automatic backup enabled, a copy may also exist in your own Google Drive backup; you can manage or remove that at drive.google.com under Backups.
Advertising data held by Google
If the version you installed shows ads, Google AdMob may hold advertising data associated with your device's advertising identifier. That data is controlled by Google, not by us, so it is not removed by the steps above. To manage it:
- Open Settings → Google → Ads on your device.
- Tap Delete advertising ID, or turn on Opt out of Ads Personalisation.

Asking us to delete data
Because we operate no servers and hold no personal information about our players, we normally have nothing to delete on request — the steps above already remove everything that exists. Data retention
Game data is kept on your device for as long as the app is installed and you choose to keep it. It is deleted the moment you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. We retain no player data ourselves, so there is no retention period on our side. Advertising data held by Google is retained according to Google's own policies.
